**6. Warranty**
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials. If you encounter any issues with our services, please contact us promptly so that we may address them. Warranty terms will be outlined in our agreement.

**7. Liability**
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our employees and clients, landscaping work inherently carries some risk. SpringRose Landscape shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services.

**8. Termination**
Either party may terminate our agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms specified therein. Termination may result in additional fees or costs as outlined in the agreement.

**9. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws  without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

**10. Changes to Terms**
SpringRose Landscape reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
